Keisha Pinnock

KeiP Consulting is led by Keisha Pinnock, CHC, Founder and CEO. Ms. Pinnock is a former corporate executive with an extensive background in the development, implementation, and strategic leadership of Compliance, Audit, Privacy, Risk, and Quality functions in the healthcare industry.

As a Chief Compliance Officer/Chief Privacy Officer with Fortune 500 and other large health care organizations, Ms. Pinnock successfully designed effective systems, processes and policies to ensure compliance with Federal and State laws as well as contractual requirements. Ms. Pinnock has served as the executive compliance sponsor for several multimillion-dollar projects that resulted in the implementation of regulatory and contractually mandated processes and information technology (IT) systems. Her expertise also been utilized to assist organizations in receiving regulatory approval for the transition of operational functions offshore.

As a former Chief Audit Executive, Ms. Pinnock has had executive oversight of Internal Audit, Delegation Audit, Enterprise Risk Management, and Regulatory Audit functions. She has served as the primary audit and compliance liaison for communications with Medicare, external auditors, and regulatory bodies. Her knowledge of IT Security processes has enabled her to oversee projects with both a compliance and technology impact, such as HiTrust, HIPAA Privacy & Security Assessments, SSAE 18 Audits.

Her leadership of Quality Functions has included oversight of Durable Medical Equipment (DME) and Pharmacy licensure applications to State Boards of Pharmacy, State Medicaid, and Medicare. She’s also led the successful transformation of Medicare Advantage (Medicare Part C) and Medicare Part D Star Ratings program that resulted in an overall 4-star ratings for the health plan.

Ms. Pinnock has shared her expertise through mentoring, authoring and speaking on compliance topics, and serving as an executive Board Member for both private companies and professional associations.
